Spaghetti Carbonara is an absolute no-no, as it is made with RAW eggs....The traditional recipe contains raw eggs, and Im sure that an Italian restaurant will do  it the Italian way...

i wouldnt believe everything u read.  Ive eat quite alot of sea food during the beginning and mid part of my pregnancy and quite abit of mayonnaise in the first and have no ill effects.  Im also now back on liver as red meat is so expensive and full of fat.  I cant afford it every week.  Ive had it 3 times now I think and had no effects.  I had blood tests taken a couple of weeks ago now and had no bad results back.  So.  Its upto you.  I didnt even include pasts in my no-no list.

I`m 7mnths pregnant now.  By the way.  If anyone wants to chat about having thei first baby esp if you live in the northwest or cumbria region pls email me at [a href="mailto:masseuss78@breakthru.com"]masseuss78@breakthru.com[/a] thanx.  I`m a very nervous soon 2b mother and need friends as my relationship isnt good either. Thanx
